The Soul of Chogokin GX‑08 (40th Anniversary Ver.) Aphrodai A is a special commemorative release by Soul of Chogokin from Bandai, celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Chogokin toy line. It re‑uses the mold of the original GX‑08 Aphrodai A figure but features upgraded metallic finishes, a light‑blue canopy for the cockpit, refined deco on the pilot figure (Sayaka Yumi) and subtle tweaks to paint and material to evoke a more “play‑accurate” look. The figure stands approximately 160–170 mm tall and is constructed from ABS, PVC and die‑cast metal for a premium feel. Accessories include a display pedestal and multiple pairs of interchangeable wrists, plus the standard reinforced missiles for Aphrodai’s chest.
