1. Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have a physical store! You can visit us at:

Opening Hours: Open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

2. How long has the store been operating?

Robot Jadul was established in 2016. However, our owner has been selling super robots since 1999,

originally starting as KENOP at Blok M Plaza.

3. How do I place an order?

If you are a new user, simply register an account, complete the checkout process, and make your payment.

We will then ship the products to your requested address.

4. Why do I have to wait for an email?

We need at least 24 hours to verify product availability. Once confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email containing the payment link.

5. Can I pay using a credit card?

Yes. Please note that a 3% fee for VISA and Mastercard will be added to your total transaction.

6. Is there a warranty?

We do not offer refunds or returns without a clear unboxing video. Please ensure you record the process of opening your package.

7. What do the product condition terms mean?

Here is a quick guide to our product condition terms:

  • Back in Box (BIB): A pre-owned item, complete with its original box and accessories.

  • Mint in Box (MIB): The item is in excellent condition and includes its box (box may have been opened).

  • MISB (Mint in Sealed Box): Brand new and factory-sealed; never opened.

  • Loose: The item is sold as-is (refer to photos) without the original box.

  • Junk: The item is in very poor or damaged condition.

8. How do I place a pre-order (PO)?

To pre-order, you need to pay a down payment (DP). Once the item arrives, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email with the remaining balance and shipping costs.
